What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a unique relationship that provides the client with a safe place to explore and experiment with new ways of being, doing, and having. The coach and client are not limited to the traditional constructs. The focus is on creating a life that is authentically yours.
Coaching is based in the belief that there is nothing wrong with people. That people are not
broken and don’t need fixing. That each
individual is really perfect just the way they are. The only reason people don’t have more of what they want and need is they are underdeveloped in the areas of awareness, consciousness, and life
skills. Coaching therefore focuses on increasing an individual’s awareness and developing them in the areas of life skills.
Are You Serious About Making Change
Coaching works when two factors are present in a client’s life. One, the client is willing to learn, grow and take action. And two, there is a gap between where client is now and where he wants to be. Coaches provide tools, support, structure, accountability and an objective sounding board, all which enable clients to grow. Often clients use coaching sessions to put issues into perspective and make important decisions. Simply, coaching is a way of being with another individual, which promotes reflection, self-discovery and an openness to take more effective actions. Working with a coach is a healthy way to learn, grow, and change.
